There are basic principles that should be noticed to academic competence. It can be presented as : a). Operasional integrative sciense, b) Pilot program goal, c) Social competence synergy, d) Professionalism support, e) individual duty, and f) Village society, institution, or school. This can be built into structure, a). By background of the profesionalism, it can be done one month (include observation, implementation, than evaluation), b) Collaborative Action Research, especially for education departement. It can be done to develop professionalisms, c) Community developmen, and d) Application inter sciense path.
Some advantages of having field study in a village. The advantages can be for the students, campus and or village themselves. Through field study, the student can learn the nature and the characteristics of community. They can study directly on what is going on in the community. That can be, the student can apply their practical basic experience during studying in the campus. In this moment, campus will get inputs for the betterment from the community, campus can know exactly the nature and culture of the community. Campus will know the problems arising in the community and in its turn campus will be able to give some alternative problem solving. And then, the community will also get some advantages. Through field study done by the students together with some teachers of campus, the village will get some development either in some sectors, such as development mental-spiritual (or religion), economic development, or social-education.
Study and field in village will give new experience to the students, they arrive to prepare to learn, not to teach and applicate inter science section. In this side the goal this study is to develop personality of the student, the community, and campus. The students can learn how to "survive" in a real community. They try to think, to do, and to respon everything in the society. By having field study, they can maximize their capacities to develop natural and human resources in the village, beside, the students are able to learn together with the society on what is going on in the community. They can act as a guide, or initiator on the development of the village, the must be the agent of change for development of the society. Field study make the students can learn the nature and the characteristics of a society. They can study directly on what is going on in the society. They can practice all the theories to be applied in the society. And when, automatically campus will get some inputs for the betterment from the society through the students. On the other hand, field study done by students together with some teacher of the campus, the village will get some development either in many sectors.
